Step One: Education and the Dr. Halstrom Tele-Consultation

Step Two: Screening & Testing

From screening questionnaires during your consultation to at home or perhaps overnight sleep testing we will help you coordinate this part of your treatment journey.

Step Three: Insurance Pre-Determination & Treatment

Once testing is complete we prepare a complete document package for your specific insurance company addressing their rule sand requirements.  The Pre-Determination process will provide you with a written response from your insurance company detailing their coverage decision and amounts covered. Our deep administrative experience is key in providing the best opportunity for coverage.

Once a go forward decision has been reached we will connect you with our local provider and treatment is underway.
