This respected design was a leading oral appliance solution for mild – moderate sleep apnea and snoring since the early 1990’s. In 2022 Dr. Halstrom retired The Silencer in favor of the SomnoMed Avant, a device that finally provided features and manufacturing excellence that brought a new level of quality, comfort, and effectiveness to our patients.
