Making successful lifestyle changes is for many the only way to truly “cure” sleep apnea.  While suffering from sleep apnea, these changes may seem impossible.  Our program encourages device therapy ( oral appliance and CPAP ) as the first step on your journey to sleep health and wellness.

Anyone struggling with sleep should start by adopting a healthy sleep routine.  Here are some guidelines to get you started:

Our online lifestyle coaching – weight loss program consists of 12 modules of approximately 30 minutes each, as well as live question and answer calls each week).  Individualized support, guidance, and attention will be available throughout your 12-week journey to a healthier you.
